Dear Councillor, You are hereby summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting of Ulley Parish Council. The agenda is below and supporting papers are attached.

Formal Meeting of the Council

In accordance with Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, audio/visual recording and photography at Council meetings is permitted in accordance with the Council’s protocol “Filming of Public Meetings”.

Agenda

A public session of about 15 minutes will commence prior to the formal Council meeting in accordance with Section 3 of the Council’s Standing Orders.

1) To receive and approve apologies for absence.

2) To consider any matters which should be dealt with in confidential session (items for which the Press and Public may be excluded further to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meeting) Act 1960).

3) To approve and sign the minutes of the Council meeting on 28th July 2021.

4) To receive written applications and to co-opt a candidate to fill the existing vacancy for Parish Councillor.

5) To consider any changes in Covid Guidance to the functioning of the Parish Council.

6) To receive a report from the Millennium Trust.

7) To receive an update from the Parish Plan Steering Committee.

a) Presentation of Survey Results

8) To consider any issues arising from the management of the Play Area, including:

a) Monthly inspection report

b) Bids for surface and swings

c) Update on park quotes and surve

9) To consider repairs to the War Memorial.

10) To receive a summary of the Walkabout that took place on 12th August.

11) To receive an update on the progress to make the Royal Oak a community asset.

12) To receive an update on the enquiries into creating a wildflower meadow.

13) To receive an update on the Queens Jubilee Beacons.

14) To consider any Planning Applications received since the last meeting.

15) To receive a Financial Update, including:

a) To consider a financial update to 31 st August 2021, including Bank Reconciliation and Payments for Authorisation.

16) Halifax Fund:

a) To receive a progress report on the application for the new Village Hall door and consider any new grant applications.

b) To Approve the separation of the Halifax Trust Funds from Ulley Parish Council to the new bank account.

17) To consider a review of policies, including:

a) Filming Notice.

b) Equal Opportunities Policy.

c) Risk Assessments: including Generic Equipment, Petrol Hedge Trimmer, Petrol Self-Propelled Lawn Mower, Petrol Strimmer and Brush Cutter, Petrol Ride on Mower, Petrol Leaf Blower, Petrol Weed Burner.

18) To consider any general correspondence received, including:

a) Ulley Multi-Agency Meeting. Minutes from the 1st September 2021.

b) White Rose Update. Minutes from the 20th August 2021 and 10th September 2021 Community Ownership Fund.

c) Highways Site Meeting. Minutes from the 10th September 2021.
